When Can I Request a Return or Exchange?

- You received the wrong product.
- You received a damaged product.
- Your product arrived leaking or visibly defective.
- An item is missing from your order.
- You received a product that appears to have been damaged during delivery.
If you experience any of these issues, please contact us as soon as possible.
Reporting a Problem With Your Order
Please contact Glowinci within 48 hours of receiving your order if you believe your order is damaged, incorrect, defective, or incomplete.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
- Your order number
- Your name and contact number
- A clear description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
- A short video, where appropriate, showing the issue
For products damaged during delivery, please include photographs of the outer packaging as well as the product itself.
Our team will review the information and determine the appropriate resolution.
Product Condition
For hygiene and safety reasons, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been:
- Opened
- Used
- Applied to the skin
- Altered or tampered with
- Returned without prior approval from Glowinci
Products must remain unopened and unused where a return or exchange is approved.
Change of Mind
We currently do not accept returns or exchanges simply because you have changed your mind, selected the wrong product, or no longer wish to use the product after delivery.
We encourage you to review the product information carefully before placing your order.

Wrong Product Received
If you receive a product different from the one you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
After verification, we may arrange an exchange for the correct product or provide another appropriate resolution.
Damaged or Defective Product
If your product arrives damaged, leaking, broken, or appears to have a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please do not dispose of the product or packaging before contacting us, as we may require photographs or other information to assess the issue.
If the issue is verified, Glowinci may offer a replacement or another appropriate resolution.
Missing Items
If an item is missing from your order, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your package.
We will review the order and shipment details and, where the missing item is confirmed, arrange an appropriate resolution.
Refunds
Where a refund is approved, the refund method and processing time may depend on the original payment method and applicable payment or banking procedures.
For Cash on Delivery orders, any approved refund will be handled through a method agreed upon with the customer.
Exchanges
Approved exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the original product is unavailable, Glowinci may offer an alternative resolution, such as a replacement with another available product or a refund where applicable.
Items Sent Back Without Approval
Please do not send products back to Glowinci before contacting our team and receiving return instructions.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.
Important Note About Skincare
Individual skin can respond differently to skincare products. A product not producing the expected personal result, or a customer's skin not responding as expected, does not by itself constitute a product defect.
If you experience unusual irritation or discomfort after using a product, discontinue use and seek appropriate professional advice where necessary.
